进口部主要负责国际进口货物操作，在物流仓库拥有海关监管仓库，能为客户提供进口制单、航空公司接货、进口清关、收费放货、送货上门等专业配套服务。同时，可根据客户的不同需要，代客缴纳进口关税，由公司报关部代办商品检验、卫生检疫及动、植物检疫等业务。进口部已实现了与仓库、财务部的联网，可为客户即时提供进口货物查询、代收到付运费、反馈进口货物全程信息的服务。

在软件方面，拥有遍布欧洲、美洲和东南亚的海外代理网络，拥有一批专业素质水平较高、实际经验丰富的业务操作人员。

货物到达浦东国际机场后，在第一时间通知客户货物达到信息，并与航空公司地面代理办理货物交接手续，在最短的时间内将货物送至我公司海关监管仓库。客户在提供了必要的清关文件后，为其提供专业的报关服务，并将保留每一运单的发票、装箱单、合同等资料。

向国内客户提供进口全程的“门到门”服务，即国外订舱和进口清关服务，将货物直接由国外工厂运至客户国内指定的仓库。

目前，我公司已与数家海外货运代理公司建立了进口货物的代理业务，为其提供整套的进口货物操作服务。
