●购买保险的包裹:
保险收费与赔偿按信凯达国际物流“保险服务”介绍条款执行。
●没有投保的包裹:
货件损坏、延误、遗失部分托运货运索赔从托运货件送达后起的21个工作日内提出,未送达索赔,托运日起9个月內连同说明文件书面或者邮件形式递交信凯达国际物流客服。
退件相关:提供退件服务
● 包裹未出中国被Fedex或者中国海关强制退回:
1、包裹未通过海关检查或者海关认为包裹内物品不适合出口;
2、包裹为通过机场安检,包裹内带有航空禁止或者限制寄运的物品,而寄件人又不能提供相关证明文件;
