1、了解客户需求
要清楚客户的真实要求，有时客户提出的只是过程，而不是最终结果。比如，客户工厂在广州就要求从广州起运，想节省拖车费，却忽略了驳船费，其实从深圳出总费用是一样的，而船期更短。
2、给予出货建议
在提供船期时，我们会按结放行时间预留报关时间，给出建议装柜时间，不必客户去推算。对于船公司我们一般给两个以上选择，因为只有一选择叫做别无选择。方案建议我们除了口头沟通，还会给一份书面文件。
3、出货安排
在每个出货的环节之前，我们都会适当提醒客户，避免差错。有一部分客户对出货流程不是很熟练的，我们还会给予出货流程表，让客户一目了然、心中有数。
4、代做报关资料
有的外贸人员没时间做出口装箱单、核对提单资料，有的做清关的Packing list和Invoice不熟练，有的做FOB条款不熟练订舱和对提单的…… 这些都可以交给我们来做。
5、为客户建档
客户出货后，不是服务结束，而是真正的服务才开始。我们总结客户出货信息，如：对船公司要求，到厂后是否准时装柜，对出货程序的熟悉程度，装柜地点、提单、装箱单等资料的信息，需要货代如何配合，有哪些特殊要求…… 我们把所有信息总结归档，便于以后更好的提供服务。
6、再次出货，简单指令、轻松搞定
客户再次出货时，努力做到客户只需提供简单的信息、或者只说一次，我们就把事情做好。运用我们已知的信息，如：客户出货不熟练的，就给予书面流程提醒或电话讲解；到厂后会拖延装柜的，这次就将装柜时间提前或选择延后一点的船期；没时间核对提单资料的，我们调取上次信息先帮忙核对；付款后就想马上拿到提单的，我们就在付款前先向船东拿到提单等待…… 这样，让客户轻松、省心，有更多时间做其他的事。Pilot logistics to undertake foreign trade import and export goods international transport agency business, including booking, transit, warehousing, customs, inland transport, multimodal transport and related consulting business.
