Inland haulage includes transportation from customers to the port of shipment, and from discharge port to the point assigned by CNEE by truck and / or rail.

一般贸易报关
报关涉及的对象可分为进出境的运输工具和货物、物品两大类。由于性质不同，报关程序各异。

电子报关
1、终端申报方式：进出口货物收、发货人或其代理人使用联接海关计算机系统的电脑终端录入报关单内容，直接向海关发送报关单电子数据。

2、EDI申报方式：进出口货物收、发货人或其代理人在微机中安装EDI申报系统，在该系统中录入报关单内容，由计算机转换成标准格式的数据报文向海关计算机系统发送报关单电子数据。

3、网上申报方式：进出口货物收、发货人或其代理人在微机中安装"中国电子口岸"系统，登录"中国电子口岸"网站，在"联网申报"系统中录入报关单内容，通过"中国电子口岸"向海关计算机系统发送报关单电子数据。

目前，在一般情况下，报关单位采用委托口岸录入单位的计算机终端向海关进行电子申报的情况较多。
